Hello! My name is Leanne, and I'm looking for a dependable, caring nanny to join our family in Etobicoke, Ontario (Martin Grove and Rathburn/ Eglinton).

My husband and I are both in our early 30s with demanding careers, and while I'm currently on maternity leave, we're beginning to plan for my return to work. We're likely looking for someone to join us in September, potentially August for slightly different hours to get familiar with the girls.

We're looking for someone who will become a trusted part of our family—someone who will provide loving care for our daughters while also helping our household run more smoothly during busy work weeks.

We have two wonderful daughters: our oldest is 4 years old and will be starting school in September, and our youngest is 7 months old and will be starting daycare at the same time. We also have a 6-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix who loves people.

At this point, we believe we're primarily looking for weekday morning support, ideally Monday to Friday (or possibly Monday to Thursday). The day would typically begin around 7:00-7:30 a.m. (will work with you to decide), helping the girls get ready for the day, taking our oldest to school, and then returning to our home for light housekeeping and preparing the house for the evening (tidying, laundry, light meal prep, etc.).

While mornings are our priority, we could instead be interested in afternoon support for the right person if that's all they have available.

The position is part-time and live-out. Our biggest priority is finding someone nurturing, dependable, and engaging who will create a safe, loving environment where our children can thrive.

Experience with infants and young children is significant to us,



and we would prefer someone who is CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification).

A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are strongly preferred and may ultimately be required, as transportation to or from school (and potentially daycare) will likely be part of the role.

We live on a quiet street within walking distance of parks and green spaces and have a backyard for outdoor play.

**Requirements / Wish List**

- Previous experience caring for both infants and preschool/kindergarten-aged children, including caring for multiple children at once.
- CPR and child safety training (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (strongly preferred and may be required).
- Comfortable around large dogs.
- A child-care philosophy centered on warmth, patience, gentle guidance, appropriate boundaries, and encouraging curiosity, confidence, and development through play and learning.
- Availability approximately **7:00-7:30 a.m. until late morning**, Monday-Friday (or Monday-Thursday). We may also have occasional afternoon hours available and are happy to discuss flexibility with the right candidate. Potential for more hours in summer or holidays if desired.
