We are looking for a reliable, proactive Family Assistant / Nanny to support our household during key parts of the day when our children are home. This role combines childcare with light household management and is ideal for someone who is organized, takes initiative, and enjoys creating a calm, well-run home environment.

Start Date: September 14th, 2026

Responsibilities include:

Morning Routine (7:00–11...am):

- Preparing breakfast and packing school lunches/snacks
- Helping children get ready for school
- School drop-off (driving required)
- Light kitchen reset before leaving

Afternoon / Evening Routine (3:00–7:00 PM):

- School pick-up (driving required)
- Supervising playtime and after-school activities
- Homework support and light tutoring
- Preparing and serving dinner
- Assisting with bath time and bedtime routine
- Preparing lunches, snacks, and breakfast for the following day

Household Support:

- Meal prep and easy family cooking
- Laundry (children’s clothing and light household linens)
- Daily tidying and organization (kitchen, toys, common areas)
- Keeping household items stocked and organized

Note: A professional cleaner handles deep cleaning, so this role focuses on maintaining a tidy and functional home day-to-day.

Newborn Support (from August onward):

- Light support such as holding, soothing, and bottle preparation
- Baby laundry and organization

What we’re looking for:





- Experience as a nanny, family assistant, or similar role
- A proactive, “see it and do it” mindset
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep routines running smoothly
- Warm, patient, and confident with young children
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their role, anticipate needs, and help create a smooth, supportive daily routine for our family. As of August, our family will include:

- Boy (7 yrs)
- Girl (5 yrs)
- Newborn
- 2 Cats
