We are a warm, busy family with three wonderful children looking for an experienced, proactive, long-term House Manager / Professional Nanny to become an significant part of our family. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys both caring for children and keeping a busy household running smoothly.

This is much more than a nanny position—we are looking for someone who takes pride in creating an organized, clean, well-managed home and who can anticipate the family’s needs.

About You

Several years of professional nanny and/or house manager experience
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Warm, caring, patient, and engaging with children
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving children to school and activities
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Responsibilities

Childcare

Daily care and supervision of three children
School pick-ups
Driving to sports, activities, appointments, and playdates
Homework assistance
Planning engaging indoor and outdoor activities
Preparing healthy meals and snacks
Morning, after-school, and bedtime routines
Children’s laundry and bedroom organization

Additional evening, weekend, or occasional overnight babysitting as required

House Management

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the household
Maintain family calendars and schedules
Coordinate appointments and household services
Meet contractors and service providers
Receive deliveries
Manage household inventory
Keep household supplies fully stocked
Grocery shopping and household errands
Organize closets, cupboards, pantry, storage areas, and garage
Seasonal clothing rotation




Vacation packing and unpacking assistance

Event and holiday preparation

Housekeeping

Maintain a consistently clean and organized home
Daily tidying of all living spaces
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
Dusting and sanitizing
Kitchen cleaning
Bathroom cleaning
Laundry, folding, ironing, and putting clothing away
Bed making and linen changes
Appliance cleaning
Refrigerator and pantry organization
Deep cleaning of the home on a rotating schedule

Garbage, recycling, and compost management

Meal Preparation

Weekly meal planning
Grocery shopping
Family meal preparation
Children’s lunches and snacks
Pantry organization

Monitoring food inventory and expiry dates

Additional Responsibilities

Vehicle organization
Water indoor and outdoor plants
Organize toys and play spaces
Assist with birthdays and family events
Maintain emergency household supplies

Proactively identify household needs and take initiative to address them
