At Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co., we’re passionate about serving handcrafted food made with fresh, local, and organic ingredients in a warm, family-friendly environment. We’re currently looking for an experienced and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Vancouver.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in preparing high-quality food from scratch.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and execute brunch, lunch, and dinner service with consistency and attention to detail. Cook a variety of menu items including eggs, pizzas, fresh salads, pastas, appetizers, and desserts. Prep ingredients and sauces from scratch using fresh local and organic produce. Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations during service. Complete opening and closing duties on the line. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and follow kitchen leadership direction.





What We’re Looking For:

Available to work day shift and early dinner rush on Sundays.
Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods.
Willingness to learn and support the team where needed.

Currently living in the Greater Vancouver area

Certifications Required:
Food Safe Certification
Serving It Right Certification

Schedule:
Weekend availability required (Sunday) and additional weeknight shift(s) available.
Approximately 2 shifts, likely 8 hours on Sunday and 6 hours on a weeknight evening. Additional hours possible to cover vacations, sick/absentee days, and to cover busier periods. The restaurant has been growing in sales and there are plans to open more locations.
