We are a busy family of five seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Family Assistant to help keep our household running smoothly.

My husband and I both work full-time, and our 3 children have busy school and activity schedules. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating calm, order, and consistency in a family environment and who can take ownership of both household management and family support.

A significant part of this role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home. We are looking for someone who takes pride in housekeeping, anticipates needs, and proactively manages tasks without requiring daily direction.

Primary Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Home Management

- Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and general household upkeep
- Laundry, folding, ironing, and putting clothing away
- Changing bed linens and maintaining organized living spaces
- Managing household supplies and keeping the home well-stocked
- Organizing closets, cupboards, storage spaces, and seasonal items
- Creating and maintaining systems that help the household run efficiently

Family Support

- Helping the children get ready for school in the morning
- School pickup and transportation as needed
- Assisting with after-school routines
- Preparing and taking children for sports, lessons, and activities
- Managing family schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Ensuring lunches, backpacks,



forms, and activity equipment are ready when needed
- Light meal preparation and lunch preparation
- Providing basic homework support

Pet Care

- Providing attention, companionship, and basic care for our family pets

Who We're Looking For

- An experienced household professional with a proven background in housekeeping, household management, nannying, or family assistant roles
- Someone who genuinely enjoys creating clean, organized, and welcoming homes
- A self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates household needs
- Reliable, trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Possesses a valid driver's license and good driving record
