Key Responsibilities:
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
• Lead new hire onboarding to optimize the employee experience
• Manage Freelance contracts and maintain accurate HRIS records




• Support recruitment initiatives and global HR projects
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and legislation
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience, agency background a plus
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment standards and best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Workday preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
