A&W; is seeking a fun and experienced Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager to lead a diverse team in Surrey. You will oversee staff scheduling, motivate the team, optimize service times, monitor labor and food costs, and ensure food safety standards are consistently met. You will work on the floor alongside employees, coach team members to deliver excellent guest service in a quick-paced environment, and partner with a local Franchisee to uphold A&W;’s brand promises while growing store performance.
