Pay:CA$60,000.00-CA$70,000.00 per year (+commission)Tri-Tech Pinnacle Group is currently seeking a Roof and Building Envelope Sales/Technical Representative to work out of the Calgary area and cover the Alberta /Saskatchewan region and some areas of Manitoba as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and developing new client relationships and maintaining existing client relationships in this region. In addition, this person will be required to perform some roof assessments and quality assurance inspections. Some knowledge of roofing and building envelope construction and materials, the ability to review and understand construction specifications and the ability to perform on site quality assurance inspections would be an asset.ResponsibilitiesUse effective research and networking to target potential new clients, schedule sales appointments and conduct sales presentations.Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.Represent the company at industry trade shows,



pursue new client leads and set up meetings to present our services.Attend monthly sales meetings and provide updates for the region.Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and feedback in a CRM system.Obtain and enter all service and billing information into the project software.Perform quality assurance reviews on re-roofing projects and attend client/site meetings as required.Prepare quality assurance site reports (with photos) and submit them daily.Perform roof assessments including recording observations, measuring and drawing roof levels, performing core cuts and taking photographs to submit for report preparation.Skills and QualificationsSome experience with a roofer, roofing manufacturer or supplier and knowledge of construction processes is an asset.Experience with outgoing sales is an asset.Proven track record of lead generation and new business development.Working knowledge of project management.Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record and reliable vehicle.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong proficiency with MS office and use of CRM software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
