Senior Business Systems Analyst Vernon, British Columbia We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia. This is an on‑site position and remote work is not currently available. Role Overview Senior Business Systems Analysts are strategic thinkers and problem solvers who bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They design, optimize, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to define and document requirements. Analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise applications. Lead incident root‑cause analysis and support ITIL‑based change management. Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other corporate functions. Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis and process mapping. Qualifications 5+ years in customer service and systems analysis or equivalent.



Familiarity with ERP technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, JDE, SAP. Strong knowledge of ITIL procedures (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Broad understanding of finance, work management, inventory, order‑to‑cash, and customer relationship processes. Ability to create process maps, use cases, system flow diagrams, and entity‑relationship diagrams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
