Our restaurant is located in Hope, BC and fully serves a wide range of Japanese-style cuisine, and offers take-out and dine-in service enjoyed by locals and visitors alike with reasonable price. Now, we are hiring an experienced Cook.

Main duties

- Prepare and cook food according to recipes such as various dons, noodles, appetizers, and tempura, etc.
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of protected, sanitary food-handling practices.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work area.

Requirements

- Completion of secondary school.
- 2 years or more experience as a commercial cook.

Wage and working hours: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour with 30-40 hours a week.
