- Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for product launches and portfolio conversions, including TSYS-to-TSYS migrations.
- Own the integrated deployment plan and master activity schedule, including workstream runbooks, cross-functional dependencies, cutover activities, milestones, and readiness tracking for internal client and external vendor teams.
- Coordinate all pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.
- Coordinate production product launch activities, including pilot execution and customer rollout.
- Manage environment collisions and deployment dependencies across Cortez and non-Cortez workstreams.
- Oversee the delivery and deployment of current product features introduced on the target platform.
- Drive deployment governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting through production implementation across product launch and conversion workstreams.
