Key Responsibilities: • Inspect and repair modular building systems and components • Perform framing, electrical, plumbing,
and flooring repairs • Conduct check-in/out inspections of rented buildings • Maintain inventory levels of tools and parts • Provide courteous customer service over the phone and in person
Requirements: • High School diploma or GED • Knowledge of carpentry; electrical and plumbing experience preferred • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to work independently in quick-paced environments • Computer knowledge and good communication skills
