Responsibilities Material sampling & testing (concrete, cement, aggregates, admixtures, etc.) Plan and implementation of project programs Data management and reporting, Maintain SR & ED records Coordinate external testing with consultants and contractors Provide technical support for different business units Review specifications and research literature Draft technical report Support advanced material characterization activities. Use of LCR meters, graphing and data visualization tools. Participation in research involving nano tubes and concrete material technologies. Requirements Engineering degree (Materials, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical)



Good verbal and writing communication skills Experience in technical writing Strong analytical skill with good attention to details and accuracy Knowledge about cement, concrete, and aggregates Advanced computer knowledge including MS Office and Minitab Familiarity with LCR meters and related laboratory instrumentation used for material property measurement Ability to perform graphing, data visualization, and interpretation of laboratory results Experience working with concrete materials in laboratory or field environments Exposure to nano tubes or nano enhanced material technologies considered an asset This job posting reflects an existing vacancy.
