Senior Salesforce Administrator to enhance and configure Salesforce application and to help with Testing and Training for our Utility Client

Our energy & Utilities client is seeking aSenior Salesforce Administrator to enhance and configure the Salesforce application and to help with testing and training support

Candidates can be in Calgary or Edmonton, working a Hybrid work mode. 37.5 hour work week.

Must Haves

- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , or Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Flows , Validation Rules , Assignment Rules , and Salesforce configuration
- Knowledge of SOQL , SQL , DataLoader , Validity DemandTools , Developer Console , and SF Inspector
- Testing experience in a Sandbox environments, with experience inDevOps deployments, JIRA , and project delivery methodologies
- Must have at least one of the following certifications:
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification ,
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification,
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification
- Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud

Nice to Have

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or other certifications
- Experience with advanced Salesforce products like Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Build, configure, and deploy Salesforce components including validations, flows, and assignment rules




- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to define CRM requirements and technical designs
- Develop test scripts and perform testing of Salesforce features prior to deployment
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce application issues reported by users
- Manage Salesforce user roles, permissions, and data access settings
- Create technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and settings
- Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements and new capabilities
