The client is currently hiring a Manager or Senior Manager for their Accounting Advisory team. They are seeking candidates from either industry or advisory with a public practice background, strong technical accounting expertise, and experience working with large private or publicly traded companies.



This is an excellent prospect to continue building technical depth in public practice while gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients and projects.

The Accounting Advisory team is particularly interested in professionals with strong IFRS knowledge, including experience drafting financial statements and note disclosures, as well as preparing MD&A.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of financial reporting (IFRS) experience in industry or Accounting Advisory; candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience may be considered at the Senior Manager level.
- Prior Big 4 or mid-tier public practice experience in audit & assurance, with exposure to publicly traded companies preferred.
- CPA designation, or an equivalent foreign accounting designation with reciprocity.
- Hands-on experience drafting IFRS financial statements and note disclosures, as well as preparing MD&A.
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
