No Education Licensing Exam to become registered with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics Emergency Medical Responder certificate (EMR) Grade 10 Licenses Valid Class 4 driver's license Other Education and Training Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Level C Certificate (CPR)
