Overview Our client is seeking an Optimization Analyst to join their Personal Banking / Digital Channels team. This role focuses on improving digital customer experiences through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, personalization strategies, and website optimization initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, and digital teams to drive conversion improvements and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across web and digital channels.
Develop optimization roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, conversion funnels, digital sales performance, and user experience.
Define success metrics, KPIs, reporting requirements, and testing strategies.
Analyze web analytics data to uncover trends, customer behaviors, pain points, and revenue-generating opportunities.
Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, UX, and Technology to implement optimization initiatives.
Drive personalization and segmentation strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
Establish and maintain optimization standards, governance, and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital optimization techniques.
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in digital optimization, web analytics, experimentation, or digital insights.
Hands-on experience with:
Adobe Target (required)
Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting strategies.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
Experience with optimization platforms such as Maxymiser or Google Optimize.
Power BI knowledge.
Financial services or banking industry experience.
Exposure to customer segmentation and behavioral targeting strategies.
