About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Vice President of Sales with experience selling digital media technology and services. This role will be responsible for managing and growing the Canadian media and DSP resale services business while proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. The position will also focus on ensuring strong client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth, while overseeing all media account services across the existing portfolio.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading teams, exceeding sales quotas, and driving revenue growth, along with deep technical expertise in digital media—particularly demand‑side platforms (DSPs). This leader will work closely with internal operations teams and North American Media Pillar leadership, while also managing external vendor and partner relationships to generate leads, close deals, and win current business for Monks.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & execute a partner-driven growth strategy across major DSPsAlign growth strategies with strategic internal product and capability investments as defined by Media LeadershipIdentify new business opportunities across target industries to drive outbound business growthHelp develop new go-to-market strategies within the Canadian marketDevelop and implement effective sales strategies using a consultative approach and mindset to penetrate new markets and expand our existing client baseManage the existing Canadian media account business and align account growth targets against upsells and cross-sellsSales & Business DevelopmentCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, prospects,
