As a Data Center Technical Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting critical infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‐solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Electrical and Mechanical Engineer – Data Center Technical Operations EngineerLocation: New Carlisle, INContract Length: 6‐24 Month ContractPay Range: Target pay rate is $32 per hourWhat's the Job?Manage on‐site operations of shift technicians, senior technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to established procedures.Establish performance benchmarks, analyze operational data, and prepare comprehensive reports on facility performance and maintenance.Coordinate with IT managers and business leaders to manage capacity, optimize safety, and improve system performance and reliability.Operate and oversee critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, cooling equipment, and building monitoring systems,
