Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges between $ 63,040 - $ 86,680, with eligibility for an incentive target of5% which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives. Position Summary: The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is part of a global human resources team and provides day‑to‑day support for the Company's compensation and benefits programs requirements, including data integrity in Success Factors, data feeds,
vendor fees and billing, system validation, and data analysis and reports. The analyst will keep databases up to date, including Market Pay for compensation surveys, JDX for job descriptions. In addition, the analyst will partner with the advantages administrator to cover day‑to‑day activities in their absence. The analyst will focus on process improvements and update documentation as needed. Job Responsibilities (You Will): Assist in conducting market research and analysis to help benchmark compensation practices. Support the evaluation of job descriptions and salary structures. Assists in compensation survey submission and maintains survey data in Market Pay. Provides day‑to‑day support in maintaining data integrity in Success Factors and other systems as required.
