This is a hybrid position with most work being completed from home.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor multiple intake portals for various document typesProcess documents to appropriate branch within specified time framesComplete data entry with high degree of accuracyAssist with document tracking and workload measurementsParticipate in client satisfaction initiativesParticipate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activitiesAdhere to Bayshore Policies and ProceduresParticipate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management SystemParticipates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concernsMaintains confidentiality of both client and corporate information,
