Shift may rotate including days/evenings/weekends/modified work wk.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist all customers with locating parts/resources/placing orders
- Suggest additional items as recommended
- Assist in all areas such as tidying, stocking and merchandising
- Receive and count inventory
- Build and maintain customer and coworker relationships




- Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills
- Ag parts/machinery knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience working with software systems
- Ability to lift heavy parts
- Valid driver's license
- Work versatile/extended hours and weekends
- Farming background/experience an asset
- 2+ years experience in a Parts environment
- Red Seal in Parts an asset
