Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Emergency Room RN to join a dynamic healthcare team serving the Burnaby community. In this role, you will provide urgent and emergent nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions, trauma, and critical illnesses. You will collaborate with physicians, specialists, paramedics, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment in a high‑pressure setting. Perform rapid triage, assessment, and prioritization of incoming patients Deliver emergency nursing care for acute illnesses, injuries, and trauma cases Administer medications, IV therapies, and life‑saving interventions Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes or deterioration Collaborate with physicians, specialists,
