Title:Change and Release ManagerDepartment:Information TechnologyLocation:6300 Steeles Ave West, WoodbridgeTotal Potential Compensation:$135,000 - $165,000Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Operations and Resilience, the Change and Release Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of changes and releases within the organization’s IT infrastructure. You will work closely with various teams including delivery, operations, quality assurance, project management to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and releases are delivered on schedule with minimal disruptions to the business. The ideal candidate will have strong background with IT Service Management processes, working knowledge of various delivery methodology and a customer‑focused mindset.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the organization’s change management process and release management strategiesReview and assess proposed changes to determine potential impact on systems, processes, and stakeholdersFacilitate change review meetings and maintain accurate records of all changesCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure that changes are properly evaluated, approved, and scheduled, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT prioritiesEstablish and maintain release calendars and communicate release schedules to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards,
