Responsibilities:

- Install bath and shower products according to company standards and customer specifications
- Remodel bathtub and shower spaces using carpentry and renovation skills
- Follow established installation procedures and safety practices
- Educate customers on the use, care, and maintenance of installed products
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every job site
- Complete installation documentation and submit project photos accurately
- Maintain inventory and readiness of the installation vehicle and tools
- Support additional installation and renovation activities as required





Requirements:

- Possess at least 2 years of carpentry, renovation, construction, or installation experience
- Demonstrate strong finish carpentry or trim carpentry skills
- Basic plumbing knowledge is ideal
- Measure accurately using a tape measure, level, and combination square
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication skills
- Lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 lbs
- Work independently while maintaining quality workmanship and attention to detail
