Job Title: Senior Security Specialist

Location: WOODBRIDGE, ON (Hybrid )

Duration-Full Time -Permanent role

Hands-on in Windows / Active Directory, VMware, network security, and applied cryptography

Experience: 8–15 years in IT/infrastructure with the last 4–7 concentrated in security or security-adjacent engineering.

Core strengths: Windows Server and Active Directory hardening and attack paths, VMware vSphere/ESXi, network segmentation and secure design, TLS/PKI and applied cryptography, EDR/XDR and log analysis, incident response.

Demonstrated incident-handling experience (real events, not just theory).

Excellent verbal communication; can explain risk to a non-technical executive and handle pushback.





At least ONE credible security credential OR equivalent proven experience
