and Instagram DMsEducate prospects on the BFT training style, pricing, and communityGuide leads toward intro calls, trial events, or in-person activationsAddress objections with confidence and empathyTrack outreach, lead progress, and follow-ups in our CRMCollaborate with the Studio Owner and sales team to hit weekly/monthly goalsCommunity Outreach & Lead GenerationPlan and attend pop-up activations, local fitness events, and tabling opportunitiesDistribute flyers, passes, and branded swag at coffee shops, gyms, and apartment buildingsPromote BFT Eastern through local partnerships and business collaborationsCo-host and attend Run Club and other community-based fitness initiativesMember Engagement & Event SupportOnboard new members with warmth, guidance, and ongoing touchpointsSupport community info nights, themed trial classes, and presale eventsEnsure all in-person and digital touchpoints are high energy and on-brandSocial Media SupportAssist with BFT Easterns Instagram
