Job Overview

This full‑time payroll position serves the payroll function within the HR Services team.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Payroll Manager, Senior Analyst and Business Units to accurately process requests in accordance with existing processes.
- Respond to payroll requests from employees, managers and government authorities.
- Support analysts in the implementation of system changes.
- Perform various pay adjustments and calculations.
- Participate in HR Services process improvement activities (understand customer needs, analyze processes, recommend improvements).
- Provide team support for reporting and special projects.
- Report system malfunctions.
- Assist the project team during year‑end activities.

Qualifications / Experience

- 1‑3 years of payroll experience.
- Knowledge of ADP GlobalView or SAP.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- In‑depth knowledge of national and local payroll legislation.
- DEC in administration or INP certification.
- Team‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Full understanding of the complete payroll cycle.
- Comfort with working under tight deadlines.




- Availability for occasional overtime to support payroll operations.

Additional Requirements

This role operates in a French‑speaking environment but requires strong English for reading documentation and communicating with international colleagues.
