Position Title:
Summary:
This position is a dynamic, multi‑functional role combining administrative coordination and clinical support in a boutique, luxury medical aesthetics plastic surgery clinic.

Director of Operations
Hours:
On-site, Full Time--Monday- Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact, providing a warm greeting and managing patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Build rapport, gather patient information, and educate them on non-surgical and surgical procedures, products, and financing options;
- Conduct consultations, visits and assist with initial assessments
- Facilitating financial discussions with patients and providing information about payment options.
- Coordinating with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.
- Ensure continuity of care through interprofessional communication
- Coordinate patient scheduling, maintain detailed and confidential patient records (ensuring compliance with regulations), process payments,
complete documentation and handle general office administration
- Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of five year's experience in a patient care role in a similar setting, preferably within a medical, aesthetic or luxury service workplace
- Familiarity with medical terminology; and understanding of insurance processes is beneficial
- Ability to manage a high-volume schedule and prioritize competing tasks
- Proficiency with office software and medical management systems; strong organizational, and multitasking, communication skills
