With a strong focus on service, innovation, and operational excellence, we are expanding our team to continue delivering top-tier logistics solutions.Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English) Dispatcher to coordinate and monitor daily transportation operations to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective movement of freight. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatcher acts as a key point of contact between carriers, drivers, internal teams, and customers.Responsibilities and DutiesDispatch and coordinate daily shipments across assigned routes and carriersAssign loads and issue load tenders to approved carriers or driversMonitor shipments from dispatch to final delivery, ensuring on-time performanceTrack delays, disruptions, or risks and take corrective action promptlyEscalate unresolved issues to management according to established proceduresCommunicate proactively with carriers, drivers, terminals, and internal teamsProvide real-time updates on shipment status, delays, and changesLiaise with CSR, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure alignmentMaintain professional and effective communication at all timesPrepare, review, and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, manifests,
