Summary We are seeking an Apprentice Mechanic to join our team at Lisbon Paving Co. Limited. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in heavy truck repair and heavy equipment maintenance while contributing to our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance and repair of company vehicles and heavy machinery.

Operate power tools and industrial equipment safely and effectively.

Support experienced mechanic in diagnosing mechanical issues and performing repairs.

Participate in assembling and disassembling machinery components as needed.





Help maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.

Follow schematics and technical manuals to understand equipment operations.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of truck and heavy equipment repair principles.

Strong willingness to learn and develop mechanical skills.

Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with power tools and industrial equipment is an asset.

Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
