Our post-secondary client seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee the end-to-end testing of a replacement project involving Blackbaud Award Management. You'll lead a team in validating both administrative workflows and the student portal functions. This role also encompasses testing complex data migrations and batch-based integrations with PeopleSoft ERP.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop quality assurance strategies and comprehensive test plans • Lead the complete testing lifecycle across multiple project workstreams • Validate BBAM administrative workflows and student portal usability • Test batch-based integrations involving Blackbaud and PeopleSoft • Execute validation strategies for phased data migrations

Requirements: • 5+ years in a Test Lead position • Expertise with batch-based integrations and data migrations • Solid leadership in managing technical teams • Proficient in defining validation strategies • Experience with PeopleSoft ERP integration testing
