Joelle's Technical Resources & Custom Works Inc is Hiring – EXPERIENCED WELDERS
JTR & Custom Works is currently looking for experienced, skilled, and dependable Welders to join our team in Timmins, Ontario.
We are looking for individuals who have solid hands-on welding and fabrication experience and are comfortable working in both shop and industrial field environments.
Successful candidates should have:
- Previous qualified welding and fabrication experience
- Strong fitting and fabrication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings and weld symbols
- Experience with structural and/or industrial welding
- Ability to perform accurate fit-up, cutting, grinding and preparation of materials
- Experience using common welding and fabrication equipment
- CWB welding certification is strongly preferred
- Mining and industrial site experience is considered a strong asset
- Valid G driver’s licence is an asset
- Current safety training/tickets are an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Excellent attendance, reliability and professionalism
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
