Key Responsibilities:
• Lead API integrations and technical initiatives from design to launch • Independently manage quarter-length technical projects and implementations • Serve as a technical advisor for partners and restaurant groups • Diagnose and resolve API integration challenges using logs and requests • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to clarify technical scope
Requirements: • Significant experience in Solutions Engineering or a related field • Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON payloads, and system integrations • Proven success in leading technical implementations • Comfortable managing complex initiatives across stakeholders • Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve technical issues
