General Job Description

Oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, staff supervision, safety compliance, and coordination across departments/customers.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities; motivate and discipline staff.
- Schedule warehouse team and manage workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials.
- Review orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Ensure maintenance standards, health & safety compliance, and daily inspections.
- Maintain and ensure safe use of equipment.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.





Minor Duties

- Maintain clean & safe work workplace and optimize space.
- Assist with deliveries as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Education: HS Diploma or GED required; Associate’s preferred; Bachelor’s ideal.
- Experience: Prior Warehouse Supervisor or Manager experience required.
- Skills: Leadership, organization, multitasking, communication, problem‑solving.
- Other: Forklift license preferred; ability to work overtime; strong work ethic.
