Greet and welcome clients in a skilled, warm, and confident manner Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately Support the sales, service, and leadership teams with administrative tasks Manage client flow and ensure every guest is assisted quickly Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Assist with basic clerical and data entry tasks as needed Act as the central communication point for the dealership What We’re Looking For

Professional appearance and strong communication skills A positive, reliable,



and career-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment A genuine interest in building a long-term career in the automotive industry Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset, but not required What’s In It For You
