Supports the bank’s risk appetite by contributing to accurate and complete Independent Price Verification (IPV) and Valuation Adjustments (VA), and ensuring accurate Fair Value reporting in accordance with relevant policies.**CUSTOMER*** Deliver daily financial control and reporting activities including balancing/reconciling/validating transactions, data gathering/cleansing, report production, and preparation of desk-ready outputs to support Credit Derivatives, Structured Credit, and xVA coverage.* Develop and execute reporting and control functions (including consolidated/aggregated reporting where appropriate) and provide reporting requirements to key stakeholders in line with agreed SLAs.* Provide accurate and thorough analysis, interpret results, produce clear P&L attribution and commentary, and make recommendations to stakeholders; escalate complex issuesbeyond own level of expertise.* Act as a key subject matter contributor supporting initiatives/projects impacting P&L, attribution, and balance sheet reporting within the supported business. Contribute to analysis, execution, and/or implementation of change within defined area of responsibility.* Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on finance, reporting, and operational processes; build rapport across teams in scope and drive progress toward common goals.* Identify, document,



investigate and resolve exceptions arising from transactions/processes beyond first-level operations; manage trader inquiriesby multi-tasking and prioritizing high-urgency items while maintaining strong control discipline.**SHAREHOLDER*** Adhere to enterprise frameworks/methodologies applicable to Product Control activities and ensure required programs/policies/practices are well managed, meet business needs, and align with business priorities.* Ensure business operations comply with internal and external requirements (financial controls, approvals, segregation of duties, and confidentiality); escalate issues where appropriate.* Support the bank’s control environment by contributing to IPV, VA, and Fair Value reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness per policy and governance standards.* Participate in cross-functional/enterprise initiatives as a subject matter contributor; help identify risk, provide guidance, and support remediation plans addressing governance or control issues.* Conduct meaningful analysis using results to draw conclusions and recommendations; monitor service/productivity and implement continuous process/performance improvements.* Operate effectively within a preparer/reviewer model: review and follow up on exceptions, monitor aging/impact, and escalate discrepancies or incomplete revenue data in a timely manner.* Drive automation and efficiency improvements by leveraging advanced Excel and, where possible, SQL/VBA/Python to enhance reporting, controls, and investigative workflows.**EMPLOYEE / TEAM*** Participate fully as a member of the team; promote a positive environment that emphasizes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork; communicate issues/points of interest in a timely manner.* Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in Product Control and global markets; actively learn the mechanics of derivatives and the desk’s product set (Credit Derivatives, Structured Credit, xVA).* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging issues/trends and grow understanding of relevant tools, techniques, and processes; contribute to knowledgetransfer within the team and business unit.* Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others; provide coaching/guidance as appropriate; demonstrate commitment to excellence and pride in high-quality output.* Contribute to a fair, positive,



and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce and strong team culture.**BREADTH & DEPTH*** Requires specialized and/or advanced technical/business knowledge to support the desks covered; executes on complex and/or non-standard requests and investigations.* Researches and investigates operational/reporting/process issues; recommends and implements solutions within area of responsibility; takes ownership and challenges process designs to deliver changes effectively.* Supports robust valuation/control understanding sufficient to test/assess impacts of methodology changes and contribute to documentation of assumptions/limitations where required.* Uses advanced methods (including automation) to contribute to new solutions and recommend standards against which others will operate.**EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION*** Undergraduate degree preferred.* 3–5+ years relevant experience in Product Control / P&L control / finance operations, preferably within derivatives and credit products; xVA exposure is astrong plus.* Advanced Excel required; SQL, VBA, and Python experience strongly preferred.**KEY SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES (Optional)*** Attention to detail and strong control discipline.* Ability to multi-task and prioritize trader-driven deliverables.* Strong financial accounting foundation and revenue/P&L substantiation capability.* Robust relationship-building across teams; collaborative, team-first mindset.* Commitment to excellence and pride in high-quality output.* Desire to learn more about global markets and derivative product mechanics.**Who We Are:**TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
