Protect store assets as a full-time Asset Protection Partner at Sephora in Victoria, BC. This role focuses on loss prevention through surveillance, customer service, and operational controls.
In this full-time position, you will work closely with the Leadership team to deter theft and maintain security protocols. You will conduct surveillance and adhere to company policies while preparing reports on incidents. Building professional relationships with local law enforcement and training staff on loss prevention techniques are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide skilled service and support to clients • Conduct surveillance using CCTV and store observations • Adhere to legal policies surrounding theft apprehension • Prepare incident and audit reports accurately • Conduct staff training on loss prevention awareness
Requirements: • Minimum 1 year in asset protection or loss prevention • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays • High School diploma or equivalent • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
