We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Documentation Analyst to join a Banking Operations team supporting client account onboarding and documentation review activities. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing account-opening and tax-related documentation while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, document verification, banking operations, client onboarding, or financial services administration and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify client account-opening documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Process, enter, update, and maintain client information in internal systems.
- Validate information against internal procedures and documentation requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and documentation issues.
- Handle a high volume of documents while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
- Support client onboarding and operational processing activities.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation-related inquiries.
- Assist with ongoing operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Data Entry, Document Verification, Banking Operations, Client Services, Administrative Operations, Financial Services, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and work effectively within a team environment.
- Reliable work history with demonstrated employment stability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a bank,
financial institution, insurance company, or wealth management environment.
- Experience reviewing account-opening, onboarding, tax, or financial documentation.
- French language skills (written and verbal).
- Experience training or supporting team members.
- PowerPoint or presentation skills.
