Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market pricing and salary surveys for competitive analysis • Maintain internal pay grids and distributions for clear recommendations • Review internal equity and identify anomalies in pay data • Support annual compensation processes including merit and bonuses • Assist in designing job grades and evaluations for different groups
Requirements: • 1-3 years in compensation, analytics, or HR roles • Solid Excel skills and comfort handling data • Familiarity with compensation fundamentals is essential • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting • Exposure to Workday and union environments as an asset
