- Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS for a publicly traded company.
- Oversee and mentor a team of four finance professionals, including newly qualified CPAs.
- Manage the integration and consolidation of financial data following acquisitions, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Drive the transition from ASPE to IFRS standards, including systems upgrades and process improvements, and various implementation projects.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely and compliant audit processes.
- Support and develop, including maintain internal controls related to financial reporting.

Qualifications
- CPA designation with proven experience in public company financial reporting with a minimum of two years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience with financial systems implementations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing environment, supporting ongoing process improvements and various projects.
- Experience supporting acquisitions and integration projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canadian public markets and compliance requirements.
