As an Analyst reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will support supervisors with employee observations, labor standards, and help maintain safety compliance. This role requires solid analytical skills and the ability to manage various tasks under pressure while utilizing MS Office and SAP daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist supervisors with daily operational tasks
• Track warehouse equipment and conduct product audits
• Coach employees on best practices and safety measures
• Complete daily GMP walks in the facility
• Support unionized teams to achieve targets
Requirements:
• High school diploma or post-secondary education
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
