About the Role:

As a Sales Closer with MAD Events, you’ll represent leading brands at live retail promotions, experiential marketing activations, and special events across Louisville. Your mission: create memorable customer interactions that lead to sales — and do it with energy, precision, and personality.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face at live events and retail activations.

• Present products/services in a compelling way that leads to conversions.

• Maintain a high close rate by building rapport quickly and addressing objections.

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Sales-minded professionals with a closer’s mentality.

• High-energy communicators who can influence and persuade.

• Competitive personalities who love hitting targets and breaking records.

• Team players who thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

• Previous face-to-face sales experience is a plus — but not required if you’ve got the drive.
