Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.Responsibilities- Conduct exit and stay interviews, managing terminations as appropriate- Maintain and update employee records, including manual files, payroll, and HRIS systems- Administer promotions, transfers, job classifications, compensation, and annual performance evaluations- Conduct compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, providing recommendations for offers- Facilitate talent roundtables to support succession planning, career development, and workforce planning, playing a key role in the talent management process- Provide guidance and support to team members and business leaders on various HR matters, including policies, compliance, employee relations, problem resolution, total rewards, and performance management- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal business purposes, facilitating workgroups, training sessions, and meetings- Compile and analyze ad hoc statistical reports,
identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations- Assist in the facilitation of learning and development programs- Contribute to key Human Capital year-end processes by developing workbooks and analysis to support Regional Human Capital Managers in executing critical initiatives- Collaborate with the Regional Human Capital Managers to navigate HR processes and initiatives, including performance reviews, employee relations, engagement, talent management, and compensation- Partner with HC colleagues to drive efficiencies and enhance processes across the team- Maintain flexibility to travel as neededSkills and Experience- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, with an HR specialization- Completion of, or actively working towards, a CPHR/CHRP designation- 3–4 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to generalist responsibilities- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, business leaders, and HR colleagues- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience navigating and administering HRIS systems- Previous experience in the professional services industry is considered an assetThe annual salary range is $70,000 - $90,000MyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high‑potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
