Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will focus on updating and maintaining corporate minute books and managing the corporate database.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft corporate documents, including resolutions and changes to directors and officers
2. Prepare and file documentation with the Alberta Corporate Registry and other jurisdictions as required
3. Accurately enter and maintain entity records in the corporate database and document management systems
4. Ensure precision and consistency in all tasks, demonstrating a robust commitment to accuracy
5. Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
1. CORES Level 1 certification is an asset, but not mandatory
2. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
3. Legal Assistant Certificate or Diploma, or 1–2 years of experience in a legal or administrative environment
4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
5.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
