In this role, you will report to the Regional Distribution Manager, supervising both distribution facilities and staff. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety standards, enforcing customer service excellence, and engaging in the hiring and training process. You will also help fulfill operational needs and perform Home Care Service duties when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee distribution staff and operational compliance
• Model and maintain safety standards at all times
• Coordinate with management on staff performance




• Assist in resolving daily operational issues
• Provide after-hours accessibility for team support
Requirements:
• Degree or college diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years in transport operations
• Positive knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
