Our FI client is looking for an experienced Conversation Designer to support mobile experiences through clear, human, and effective conversational content. This role is best suited to a solid mobile writer who can quickly get to the point and design conversations that meet real customer needs.Rate range is 50-55 per hour.Duration is 12+ monthsHybrid onsite 3-4x per week, downtownYou’ll help shape conversational flows, define bot tone and guidelines, and support broader mobile content design work.
