Our client is an integrated real estate development, construction, and property management organization headquartered in Winnipeg, is seeking a Multi-Family Site Superintendent (Concrete Structures) to take full ownership of on-site operations.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with concrete multi-family experience who excels at maintaining schedules, ensuring quality, upholding safety standards, and keeping the site organized and efficient.
Responsibilities

- Lead on-site construction activities for concrete multi-family projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff to meet project goals
- Monitor schedules, milestones, and project progress
- Ensure quality, safety, and site organization are maintained
- Review drawings and specifications to guide construction execution
- Resolve on-site issues proactively and collaborate with project teams
- Maintain accurate site documentation and support project close-out

Qualifications





- Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a site superintendent in commercial or multi-family construction
- Experience on multi-storey, concrete, or mixed-use buildings is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Solid knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000 CAD+, depending on experience
