Job Description

As a Senior Associate, IT, AzureOps Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving the firm’s cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus onMicrosoft Azure ,Microsoft 365 , andCitrix Cloud platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring theresilience, performance, and security of critical cloud services, while also contributing to theautomation, scalability, and modernization of IT operations. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to deliver reliable and efficient cloud-based solutions in a regulated financial environment.

You Will:

- Monitor, diagnose and resolve problems within the Microsoft Azure/O365 workplace and Key IT systems to ensure systems are stable and performing efficiently.
- Manage and resolve high-impact incidents under pressure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Perform day-to-day administration and support ofAzure andMicrosoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Security, Licensing, and Endpoint Management.
- Administer and develop across multiple infrastructure platforms includingAzure ,O365 ,AWS , andCitrix ,



ensuring optimal performance and integration.
- Design, implement, and maintainCI/CD pipelines usingAzure DevOps , YAML, and Git workflows to support continuous delivery.
- ApplyInfrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools likeTerraform ,ARM templates , orBicep to automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline IT operations usingPowerShell and workflow tools.
- Provide technical mentorship to L0/L2 support staff, fostering knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including SOPs and project plans, to support operational transparency and compliance.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to support global teams and projects across APAC and North America.
- Exposure tomulti-cloud environments withAWS experience desirable , particularly in infrastructure automation and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

You Have (Required):

- Strong experience withMicrosoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Identity & access management (Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access )
- Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams administration
- Endpoint management (Intune and/or SCCM)
- Microsoft Defender security suite
- Windows server administration ( ) and Windows 10/11 environments
- Group Policy and enterprise device configuration
- Experience supportingcloud-based infrastructure and services
- Backup and recovery solutions (Azure Backup, Veeam or similar)
- Understanding ofnetworking concepts (VPN, Wi‑Fi, basic routing)

Nice to Have:

- Experience withCitrix / VDI technologies (including AVD)
- Exposure toAWS or multi-cloud environments
- Infrastructure as Code or automation experience
- Scripting or automation (PowerShell )
- macOS and mobile device management (Jamf, iOS, Android)




- Enterprise tools (e.g.,Jira or similar ticketing systems)
- Experience withnetworking platforms (e.g., Meraki, Palo Alto)
- System migrations and cloud transformation projects

Academic Qualification/Work Experience:

- Bachelor's/Associates degree in computer engineering. Computer science, relevant professional Microsoft, and/or AWS accreditations (AZ-900, AZ-104, SC-300, MS-700, AWS Cloud Practitioner) or relevant years of experience
- 4 years of experience working within IT systems/Support in a seniorcapacity with the last few years working with Cloud Technologies.
