Conduct product presentations, site visits, and solution‑based sales consultations. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution. Travel within the assigned region as needed to support customer engagement and business development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing,



or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial equipment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience managing dealer/distributor networks is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Technical aptitude to understand and sell engineered products. Experience in capital equipment or solution‑based sales. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
